TRUSTe kicked off the “Powering Trust” roadshow series yesterday in San Francisco. After some lunch and refreshments, Chris Babel started things off with thoughts on data privacy management.
Dave Deasy followed up with some interesting facts from our 2013 US Consumer Data Privacy Study: Advertising Edition. How do consumers feel about privacy and how does it impact your bottom line?
Rich Qui moderated our first panel, Maximizing Your Mobile ROI Potential, which included James Lamberti of AdTruth, Eric Puterbaugh of Fiksu, Kevin McGowan of Nexage, and Chi-Chao Chang of xAd.
Next up, Paran Johar, CEO & Founder of Mobile Media Summit and Mobile Media Upfront, moderated a panel on Cross Device Advertising, Tracking and Privacy Management. The panel included guest speakers Heather Menery of PubMatic, Eric Rosenblum of Drawbridge, Alex Linde of Weather Channel and TRUSTe’s Kevin Trilli.
After a quick break, eBay’s Marcus Morissette delivered the keynote on device recognition/identification technologies to conduct onine behavioral advertising.
Our last panel, Monitoring Your Ads, Apps, and Websites, was moderated by Tim Peterson of AdAge and included guest speakers Jeff Greenfield of C3 Metrics, Blane Sims of BrightTag, Joe Diamond of RiskIQ and TRUSTe’s Dave Deasy.
