Depending upon your location, the law may require us to disclose the following additional information with respect to our privacy practices. If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut, this section applies to you in addition to the rest of the privacy policy.

The Right to Opt-out of the Selling or Sharing of your Personal Information

Our use of online tracking technologies may be considered a “sale”/ “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You may opt-out of your Personal Information being “sold” or “shared” by submitting a form at this link: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Also, you may signal your preference to opt-out by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 1-866-I-OPT-OUT (467- 8688), service code 751.

The information you provide, if needed, will facilitate your request to opt-out of your information being “sold” or “shared.” If you do not provide the information requested, we might not be able to identify you and process your request to opt-out. Any information you provide will not be used, disclosed, or retained for any purpose other than processing the request to opt-out of sale/sharing.

If you are a resident of California, we will honor and process your request to opt-out when that preference is signaled through the Global Privacy Control (GPC). The GPC may only be broadcasted through browsers and/or browser extensions that support it. To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.

If you would like us to make the connection between your browser and your account when you send the opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information request or GPC signal, and you have not yet opted out of the “sale” or “sharing” your personal information, we recommend you submit your request via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link above.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia may opt-out of targeted advertising by clicking either here or the “Do Not Sell or Share my Personal Information” link at the bottom of our website and selecting the appropriate preferences or by contacting us at one of the designated methods listed at the bottom of this page.

We may “sell” or “share” the following categories of personal information by making them available to third parties using online tracking technologies: device information and other unique identifiers, internet or other network activity, geolocation data, and IP address and browser information. The Categories of third parties to whom this personal information is made available include advertisers and marketing partners, data analytics providers, and social media networks.

The Right to Know
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request that we provide you the categories of Personal Information we have collected or disclosed about you in the last twelve (12) months; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your Personal Information; the categories of third parties with whom we shared Personal Information; and the right to know the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

The Right to Access
You have the right to request we provide to you a copy of your Personal Information we have held about you by either clicking here and selecting the appropriate request or by contacting us at one of the designated methods listed at the bottom of this page. California residents may request access to personal information collected in the last twelve (12) months. California and Colorado residents may do so up to twice per year per customer.

The Right to Delete
You have the right to request we delete the Personal Information you provided to us. Typically, we retain your Personal Information for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note that in many situations we must retain all, or a portion, of your personal information to comply with our legal obligations; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; protect against fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or for another one of our business purposes.

The Right to Correct
You have the right to request we correct inaccurate Personal Information about you by submitting a request via the form below. You may also email us at [email protected] or call 1-866-467- 8688 (or 866-I-OPT-OUT).

How to Exercise Your Rights

You may exercise these rights as described in this section through the form accessible from the Individual Rights Manager button below, emailing us, or contacting us via telephone.

 

We will honor the requests you make related to your rights as the law allows, which means in some cases there may be legal or other official reasons that we may not be able to address the specific request you make related to your rights.

Identity Verification

For us to process some requests, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that the request came from you. Depending on the type of request, we may ask for and process your name, email address, residence, type of request, and any comments you provide. We may ask you to provide other details to the extent they need to verify your identity. We do not solicit for the collection of any sensitive personal information. We seek to collect only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to verify your identity.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to access or delete your personal information. To do so, you must: (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such a request; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. Please note, we may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

If you have been designated as an authorized agent to submit a request on behalf of another customer, you must make the appropriate selection when you submit a Request Form.

Responding to Requests

Once you have submitted your request, we will respond within the time frame permitted by the applicable law. Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.

The Right of Nondiscrimination

We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise any of their rights described in our privacy policy.

Residents of California may request information concerning the categories of personal information (if any) we disclose to third parties or affiliates for their direct marketing purposes. If you would like more information, please submit a written request to us at the address below.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect and Our Purposes for Collection and Use

In the “Your Personal Information” section of our privacy notice, you may find the categories of personal information that we collect, how we collect that personal information, and how we use that personal information for our business or commercial purposes. You can also find in this section details regarding the sources from which we obtain personal information.

Categories of Personal Information Disclosed and Categories of Recipients

In our main privacy notice under the Your Personal Information section, you may find the categories of personal we disclose for business or commercial purposes. Depending on the category of personal information collected, it may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients: businesses, service providers, and third parties, such as advertising networks, analytics, and social media networks.

Children’s Privacy

We neither have actual knowledge nor knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.

Additionally, we neither have actual knowledge nor knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
