European Economic Area (GDPR)
As required under Article 27 GDPR, TrustArc has appointed a representative who can be addressed for all questions related to the processing of personal data of persons in the European Economic Area (i.e. the Member States of the European Union, as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). If you have a question or concern about how we may process your personal information in this region, please contact our EU Representative, Paul Breitbarth, based out of the Netherlands, via eu-representative@trustarc.com.

You also have the right to make a complaint about us to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, in addition to the privacy regulator in your country, state, or province.

United Kingdom (UK GDPR)
As required under Article 27 UK GDPR, TrustArc has appointed a representative who can be addressed for all questions related to the processing of personal data of persons in the United Kingdom. If you have a question or concern about how we may process your personal information in this region, please contact our UK Representative TRUSTe Europe Ltd, via ukrepresentative@trustarc.com.

You also have the right to make a complaint about us to the Information Commissioner’s Office, in addition to the privacy regulator in your country, state, or province.

Philippines (Philippines Data Privacy Act)
If you have a question or concern about how we may process your personal information in the Philippines, please contact our Philippines Data Protection Officer, Joanne Furtsch, via ph-dpo@trustarc.com.
