Valerie Jones-Harvey

Chief Operating Officer

Valerie joined TrustArc in September 2021 to lead account management and quickly reshaped both the renewal and expansion motion. She was promoted to Chief Customer Officer, where she brought the go-to-market and service sides of the business into closer alignment, improving customer outcomes and revenue performance in the process.

She now serves as Chief Operating Officer, translating company strategy into how the business actually runs day to day. Her scope spans Services, IT, and HR, and her focus has been on building a more scalable operating model, tightening cross-functional alignment, and cutting through complexity so teams can execute with clarity.

Before TrustArc, Valerie ran sales, account management, customer success, and services organizations at ClearSlide (acquired by BigTinCan in 2021), MindManager, a division of Corel, and Lyris. Over 20 years she has worked across both the revenue and operating sides of a business, which is a less common combination and one that shapes how she leads. She pairs that experience with an empathetic management style and a grounding in process and data that keeps results measurable. Valerie holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master of Arts from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor’s degree from Willamette University.
