  • What does the CCPA Validation cover and who is it for?

    CCPA Validation is a third-party attestation of your organization’s alignment with the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by CPRA). It is designed specifically for businesses (controllers under CCPA) and includes privacy notice review.

  • What CCPA/CPRA requirements does the validation cover?

    Validation covers the notice at collection, privacy policy requirements, consumer rights (know, access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information), ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ and ‘Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information’ mechanisms, contracting obligations, and program-level controls required by CCPA and CPRA regulations.
