Heather Croshaw

Chief Revenue Officer

Heather Croshaw serves as Chief Revenue Officer at TrustArc, where she leads the company’s global go-to-market organization. With more than two decades of experience driving growth and customer value within the privacy and SaaS industries, Heather oversees TrustArc’s revenue strategy. She empowers teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through a culture of customer obsession, collaboration, transparency, and accountability. These are the same core values that define TrustArc’s partnerships worldwide.

Since joining TrustArc in 2004, Heather has held a variety of sales and sales leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Account Management. She has led transformative initiatives that increased customer retention, enhanced operational alignment, and strengthened collaboration across the organization.

Before joining TrustArc, Heather held sales roles at Electronic Arts and within the recruiting and staffing industry. She holds the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certified Information Privacy Professional United States (CIPP/US) certification.

Heather resides in Napa, California, with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, she is active in community leadership and spends her free time training for long distance endurance walks, hiking, and enjoying the food and wine culture that make Napa so special.
