Oleg Lemeshko

Chief Information Security Officer & Interim Chief Technology Officer

Oleg became TrustArc’s CISO and Interim CTO in May 2026, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to building secure, high-quality products. With deep expertise as a Solution and Security Architect, Oleg pairs strategic technology vision with a genuine focus on company growth, driving the adoption of AI practices within engineering teams and advising the CEO and other stakeholders while keeping security and privacy at the center of every decision.

Oleg has played a pivotal role at TrustArc since 2019, advancing from Director of Engineering to Director and then VP of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Engineering before stepping into his current leadership role. Prior to TrustArc, he served as CTO of Nymity for five years, leading technology strategy and execution, and earlier founded and ran SiteSystems Inc. for eight years as Founder and CEO. Across these roles he has championed agile development, mentored and coached multiple groups of engineers, and delivered products built for the highest standards of security and privacy. His experience spans from the earliest-stage startups to scaling and securing technology at global companies.

Outside of work, Oleg enjoys the gym, cheering on his kids at soccer games, and camping during the short Canadian summer, where his golden retriever oversees every activity with great enthusiasm and a complete absence of usefulness.
