Thomas Schulz

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Schulz joined TrustArc in early 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive experience in finance leadership, strategic planning, M&A, and scaling software businesses.

Prior to joining TrustArc, Thomas served as CFO of SHR Group, where he helped drive the company’s growth and led the business through a successful exit process. He has also served as CFO of a global retail software company and held finance and M&A leadership roles at leading software companies including OpenText, Sitecore, and Informatica.

Earlier in his career, Thomas worked as a consultant at Deloitte, advising clients on finance, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Thomas brings a strong background in SaaS finance, operational execution, and transaction leadership to TrustArc as the company continues to expand its leadership in privacy and data governance.
